Preloved & Vintage Items

Another Season specialises in preloved and vintage clothing. Each item is carefully inspected and described, including measurements and any signs of wear.

Because items are second-hand and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

Faulty or Not as Described

You are entitled to a refund if an item is:

• Faulty

• Significantly not as described

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photographs where applicable. Returns must be sent back within 30 days.

Return Conditions (if approved)

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received

• Buyer is responsible for return postage

• Original postage costs are non-refundable

Vintage Characteristics

Vintage items may naturally show signs of age. These are not considered faults and will be noted in listings where relevant.
