Beautiful genuine vintage 1960s two-piece suit by Bickler, made in England from 100% all-wool worsted shantung.
A wonderfully period silhouette with a straight, boxy jacket and tiny-waisted pencil skirt.
The matching pencil skirt fastens with a side zip and button and has a small back vent.

Skirt: Waist 24" Length 24"
100% all-wool worsted shantung. Made in England.
Lovely vintage condition overall. The jacket has a faint mark down the centre front which may respond to specialist cleaning, although I have not attempted this.
The skirt is excellent externally. Please note an area of the internal back lining has previously been cut away, leaving a raw edge. This is entirely internal and isn't visible when worn.
A fabulous surviving example of classic 1960s British tailoring.
