The hem has been altered by a previous owner and is unfortunately not professionally finished. The chiffon outer has been re-hemmed unevenly and the lining has been cut quite jaggedly. There are also a couple of small pulls associated with this alteration work. The dress has not been repaired further to allow the next owner the option of professionally hemming it to their preferred length. Priced accordingly.
